Important Shipping Update for UK Customers
Due to high freight volumes across the UK shipping network, Evri the courier has informed us they are currently experiencing delays in parcel deliveries. We’re working closely with our logistics partners to ensure that all Travelpods reach you as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time for your order to arrive during this period.
Rest assured, we are monitoring each and every parcel, and in the event your order goes missing (which we don't believe it will), you have our full assurance that a refund would be provided.

Questions & Answers
When will my tracking update?
We expect your tracking to update very soon. A kind reminder your tracking will only update AFTER it clears customs and is scanned by the local courier depot in your area. Delivery after it updates, will be 1-3 days following this.
This occurs because tracking only shows the 'last mile carrier' information (which is your local courier info).
What is usual delivery?
Typical delivery to the UK is 10-20 business days. We're now seeing deliveries extend, due to the notice passed onto us by Evri.
Will I definitely receive my order?
100% Guaranteed. In any situation where your parcel was to be lost by the courier, we would provide a full refund or replacement (whichever your preference).
Can I cancel my order?
As your order is in transit, and cannot be redirected, we cannot accept cancellations. We have an extended return period for you though of 50-days post delivery, in the event you no longer require the item.

We are deeply sorry, normally we can deliver to the UK in a timely fashion, but these delays have caused an impact on orders from all businesses using these courier services. We're pushing for the delivery of your order as quickly as possible.
