Product Warranty

All Dashed products come with a limited 180-day warranty which begins from the time you purchase.

The warranty is valid when purchased through our online store through this website (godashed.com) and does not apply to any third-party websites, or third-party resellers.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use.
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, or accidents outside the warranty scope.
  • Use of the product beyond its intended purpose.
  • Damage from improper/unauthorised repair or maintenance.
  • Subjective assessments of the product, such as speed or strength.
  • Failure to follow the instructions provided in the associated manual (e.g. allowing device to run flat to 0%).
  • Multiple warranty requests.

Our Process

  1. You can start your Warranty claim below.
  2. We'll use your video/photo evidence/report to determine the severtiy of the claim (to be Minor or Major).

If a fault or defect is determined as minor, we will issue a replacement device.

If a fault or defect is determined as 'major' by our warranty team, we will issue a full refund. The maxImum amount claimable, is the device cost, initially paid.

3. Warranty will be approved or rejected based on the above.

What We Require?

  • Is your device unopened and unused?
  • What is the issue you're facing?
  • What methods of troubleshooting have you tried?
  • What device/make/model are you trying to charge?
  • Are you using a case?
  • Ensure an attachment (either video or photo) is uploaded with your claim.

If you're unable to upload a video due to file size, please upload the video to Google Drive or iCloud (or similar) and share the link with us.

Warranty claims with insufficient information/evidence (through a collection of video/photos) will be denied.
