All Dashed products come with a limited 1-Year warranty which begins from the time you purchase.
The warranty is valid when purchased through our online store through this website (godashed.com) and does not apply to any third-party websites, or third-party resellers.
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear from daily use.
- Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, or accidents outside the warranty scope.
- Use of the product beyond its intended purpose.
- Damage from improper/unauthorised repair or maintenance.
- Subjective assessments of the product, such as speed or strength.
- Failure to follow the instructions provided in the associated manual (e.g. allowing device to run flat to 0%).
- Multiple warranty requests.
