ORDERING

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is Free worldwide, so matter whether you're in New Zealand or the United Kingdom, you won't ever pay for the arrival of your order.
Can I make a change to my order?
We don't allow cancellations or changes to orders once placed.
How long does shipping take?
We have warehouses in New Zealand, Canada, USA & Asia, meaning we can get your order to you lightning quick.
Typical shipping time for the TravelPod internationally is:
New Zealand: 1-3 business days
Canada: 1-5 business days
USA: 1-4 business days
UK: 4-15 business days
Australia: 4-15 business days
As our TravelPod includes a lithium battery, we are limited in how your product can be transported. All items are flown by air freight, and once state-side are transported by courier via road transport.
We invest heavily in our freight system to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
Please note: Not all items ship from the local warehouse and shipping times for these items may vary.
Do you offer returns if I don't like it?
Online shopping can be tricky, so we offer a mammoth 50-day returns on all Dashed® items.
As long as everything is in working order and in the same condition as when you received it, we can happily provide an exchange/refund.
If this isn't the case, have a read of our refund policy or reach out to our customer care team who will be more than happy to help.
How can I get an invoice?
Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email with everything you need.
If you need an invoice for GST purposes, please reach out to our team and we can provide this on request.
Where are you based?
We're proudly New Zealand Owned and Operated, with our headquarters based in Auckland.
We are also proud to have local teams working in Utah, Montreal & Asia to help distribute our products to USA, Canada & beyond.
Due to the large international market of travellers we're always trying to open more local warehousing to ensure quicker delivery times for all.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all standard payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. As well as buy now, pay later methods such as Afterpay and Sezzle.
Which items ship don't ship from local warehousing?
We have limited space in our local warehouses so we have to make sure we're super efficient in terms of how we manage our inventory.
Because of this the below items ship from our international warehouse in Asia as opposed to our local warehouses:

- Mount (Car Charger)
- Powerdock Pro
Delivery time for these items is as follows:
New Zealand: 5-10 Business Days
Canada: 5-10 Business Days
USA: 5-10 Business Days
United Kingdom: 7-14 Business Days
Australia: 6-12 Business Days
My item is now out of stock, what do I do?
If the item you've ordered or planning to order has run out of stock, a member of our team will reach out to you with options available.
We will be able to provide shipping from a different warehouse with stock available if applicable, a selection of a different colour, or a refund of the item that is out of stock.

Is the Dashed TravelPod Airline Approved?
The Dashed TravelPod is 100% approved by airlines for carry-on baggage, with a wattage hour rating of 37 (All powerbanks with a watt-hour rating of under 100 are permitted in carry-ons with no prior approval.)
It is essential that you keep the TravelPod in your carry-on and not your checked luggage. Placing the TravelPod in your checked luggage will result in confiscation, as Lithium batteries are not allowed.
Each independent Airline may have there own regulations regarding lithium batteries/powerbanks. This may mean you may have to keep your TravelPod on your person or in the seat pocket in front of you, as opposed to in the overhead compartment as you fly.
Which devices does it charge?
The Dashed TravelPod is made to charge all your devices, everywhere you go. Apple, Samsung & Android Devices, iPads & Tablets, Smart Watches, AirPods & Headphones, Speakers and more...
The Dashed TravelPod is compatible with the following:
- Apple & Android Phones
- iPads/Tablets
- AirPods/Galaxy Buds/Headphones
- USB-C Powered Cameras
Essentially, anything handheld that's powered by USB-C is compatible with the TravelPod.
Please note: there is a minimum current requirement for the TravelPod. This is a built in safety feature to protect the long term health of the device. Super small devices such as hearing aids, may potentially not charge due to them requesting too small of a power draw.

Can I take it on planes or cruises?
The Dashed Travelpod is 100% approved by airlines for carry on baggage & is allowed on cruises.

We have warehouses in the following locations:

All items are shipped from the most relevant warehouse to your order. Please note, not all items are shipped from local warehousing.
What is the size and weight?
The Dashed TravelPod is super compact and light weighing just 270g.
The size of the device is the following:
Metric: 8.61 x 8.61 x 3.4 cm
Imperial: 3.38" x 3.38" x 1.33"
Is it compatible with my device?
Most Definitely. Our charger has options for Built in Lightning Cord (iPhones), Built in USB-C Cord, USB Port (to input cords), USB-C Port - Fast Charge (for input), Wireless Charging Pad (for wireless items).
How many charges can I get out of a TravelPod?
The Dashed® TravelPod has a massive capacity of 10,000mAh, which allows it to charge most new smartphones up to 2.0 times (+/- 0.5 Charges) on a full battery.
Does it charge laptops?
The TravelPod is primarily designed for handheld devices, and does not have the battery capacity needed to charge laptops. The TravelPod may be able to hold the laptops charge but cannot charge the laptop itself.
We're introducing a new and improved Laptop Travel Charger in 2026.
What methods of charging does the TravelPod Provide?
The TravelPod comes with the following:
- Built-In lightning and USB-C Cords.
- USB-A & USB-C Ports.
- Wireless Pad with Apple Watch Compatibility.
Is the TravelPod Permitted in China? (CCC Information)
Mid 2025, China changed their regulations regarding powerbanks. They now require the "CCC" label printed on the device, otherwise they risk confiscation at border patrol. As this change was quite sudden, the TravelPods currently in circulation do not have this label printed on the device, as it requires a complete re-design of the AC plug.
The latest information we have is that international arrival/departures are permitted to not have the "CCC" label, but internal domestic flights within China MUST have the "CCC" label. Please note flights from Hong Kong into China still count as domestic.
While this is the latest information, we cannot guarantee that the device won't be confiscated on arrival, as it is dependent on the border security team at the given Airport.

Charge on the go with ease, with our 3-in-1 Powerbank.
Is this powerbank compatible with all phones?
Absolutely! If you device has Magsafe Wireless or QI Wireless charging, then the Dashed Lite® will work with your device.
Can this powerbank charge more than one device?
Dual charging is possible with the Dashed Lite®.
The only thing to be aware of is power consumption will be higher, and we'd recommend choosing our 10,000mAh model if dual-charging is a priority for you.
How slim is this powerbank?
Dashed Lite® is super slim, our 5,000mAh model is just 1.25cm thick.
Our 10,000mAh model is a little thicker, and provides more juice.
Both are slim enough to easily fit in your pocket or bag.
Does it charge all smart watches?
At this time the Dashed Lite is only compatible with Apple Watches via the wireless pad.
In order to charge other brands of smartwatches, simply plug in your required cord into the USB-C port.

The perfect device for home & on the go.
How does it work?
- Connect the Dashed® Go Mini to a power source using a USB-C cable.
- Unfold and set up the Dashed® Go Mini according to the instructions included.
- Connect your iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods to their designated charging pads to initiate charging.
What devices does the Go Mini Charge?
The Dashed® Go Mini can charge up to three devices simultaneously (iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods).
Is this charger portable/compact?
The Dashed® Go Mini is highly portable, designed to fold out and fold back in to fit easily in your pocket or bag, smaller than a wallet.
Is this charger good for travel?
Yes, its universal compatibility makes it ideal for international travel. The Dashed® Go Mini is powered by USB-C.
Please note, you'll need either a TravelPod or other international adaptor to plug the USB-C cord into to power the device.
Returns and refunds
Our policy lasts 50 days. If 50 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, then unfortunately we won't be able to handle a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This includes all packaging, manuals, travel cases and accessories which come with the device.
For the avoidance of doubt, please ensure everything is in working order before you consider returning your TravelPod.
Is this charger a powerbank?
No, the GO Mini is not a powerbank. Meaning it does not have its own internal power source. This device must be plugged into a wall outlet to be able to charge your devices.
Where does this item ship from?
The GO Mini ships from our international warehouse in Asia for all markets meaning it has a standard delivery time of 5-14 business days.
POWERDOCK PRO
Our newest charger, designed for your bedside anywhere in the world.
How does it work?
Simply plug the included USB-C cable to a power source/wall outlet and you'll be able to start charging wirelessly straight away.
Where does it ship from?
The PowerDock Pro ships from our international warehouse in Asia for all markets meaning it has a standard delivery time of 5-14 business days.
Is this charger good for travel?
Yep! The PowerDock Pro can fold down with ease, plus its the same size as your phone. This means it can easily fit into bags/pockets and be plugged into any bedside around the world.
Please note, you'll need either a TravelPod or other international adaptor to plug the USB-C cord into to power the device.
Is this device a powerbank?
No, the Powerdock Pro is not a powerbank. Meaning it does not have its own internal power source. This device must be plugged into a wall outlet to be able to charge your devices.

Due to how fast our team moves, the volume of orders we receive & potential time zone differences between teams, we are unable to accept cancellations post purchase.
