Ordering

How much does shipping cost?

We know how annoying it can be when you add an item to your cart and then an extra $10 is added for shipping, which is why we ship free worldwide.

Can I make a change to my order?

After your order is placed, we move super quickly. We allow minor modifications within the first 15 minutes after an order is placed.

However, due to how fast our team moves and the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to accept cancellations post purchase.

Changes will be actioned if seen by our team before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Please take extra care when ordering, to ensure your address and desired colour is selected.

How long does shipping take?

We are a New Zealand based business, with customers based all around the world.

As such, we have multiple warehouses around the world that we dispatch from.

Typical shipping time internationally is:
USA: 4-15 business days
UK: 4-15 business days
Canada: 4-15 business days
Australia: 1-3 business days
New Zealand: 1-3 business days

As our TravelPod includes a lithium battery, we are limited in how your product can be transported. All items are flown by air freight, and once state-side are transported by courier via road transport.

We invest heavily in our freight system to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.

Do you offer returns if I don't like it?

Online shopping can be tricky, so we offer a mammoth 50-day returns on all Dashed® items.

As long as everything is in working order and in the same condition as when you received it, we can happily provide an exchange/refund.

If this isn't the case, have a read of our refund policy or reach out to our customer care team who will be more than happy to help.

How can I get an invoice?

Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email with your invoice attached. (Sometimes they can show up in spam folders so be sure to check this too.)

Where are you based?

We are an New Zealand Owned and Operated company based in Auckland.

Due to the large international market of travellers we have decided to operate our Warehouse off-shore to ensure delivery times aren't too long.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all standard payment methods including Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Will my phone be compatible with wireless charging?

If your device comes with Qi Wireless Compatibility than they should charge with ease with theDashed®Product line.

How many charges can I get out of a TravelPod?

TheDashed® TravelPodhas a capacity of 10,00mAh, which allows it to charge most new smartphones up to 2.0 times (+/- 0.5 Charges).

How does it charge both Android and Apple?

With built in USB-C, USB-A ports aswell as a USB-C and Lightning Cable connectivity the Dashed® TravelPod can charge all brands of device with ease.

What if I'm going somewhere that doesn't use a US, EU, UK or AU charging adaptor?

No worries at all! All you'll need is an adaptor which can be inserted onto a US adaptor and you are good to go.

Other

Is it normal for my phone to go warm while charging?

Yep, it is common for a phone to feel warm to touch while it is charging, however it shouldn't get to the point where it is too hot to touch.

If this is the case, it may be due to the following:

  • Inefficient energy transfer due to a phone case providing a barrier.
  • The phone not being placed in the most effective position for charging, it is important that the phone is aligned with the charging coil in the charger.
Does it really work everywhere?

The Dashed® TravelPod includes travel adaptors to make your adventure as easy as possible.

The Dashed® TravelPod can be used in the following countries with the provided adaptors:

  • AU Plug: Australia, New Zealand.
  • US Plug (Built in): USA, Canada, Japan, Brazil, Philipines, Thailand, Taiwan
  • UK Plug: United Kingdom, India, Pakistan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Maldives, Qatar.
  • EU Plug: Germany, France, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Spain, Sweden, South Korea & Russia.

Travelling somewhere else? No worries, simply slide/insert your adaptor onto the US adaptor and let the magic happen.

Is it compatible with all devices?

As long as your device uses USB-C, A or a lightning cable you are good to go.

As we know some people prefer cordless charging, a wireless charging pad has been included for your convenience.
