Need to Return or Exchange?
We offer a mammoth 50-days for returns and exchanges.

How much does shipping cost?
We know how annoying it can be when you add an item to your cart and then an extra $10 is added for shipping, which is why we ship free worldwide.
Can I make a change to my order?
After your order is placed, we move super quickly. We allow minor modifications within the first 15 minutes after an order is placed.
However, due to how fast our team moves and the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to accept cancellations post purchase.
Changes will be actioned if seen by our team before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
Please take extra care when ordering, to ensure your address and desired colour is selected.
How long does shipping take?
We have multiple warehouses around the world that we dispatch from.
Typical shipping time internationally is:
USA: 1-5 business days
Canada: 1-5 business days
UK: 4-15 business days
Australia: 4-15 business days
New Zealand: 4-15 business days
As our TravelPod includes a lithium battery, we are limited in how your product can be transported. All items are flown by air freight, and once state-side are transported by courier via road transport.
We invest heavily in our freight system to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
Do you offer returns if I don't like it?
Online shopping can be tricky, so we offer a mammoth 50-day returns on all Dashed® items.
As long as everything is in working order and in the same condition as when you received it, we can happily provide an exchange/refund.
If this isn't the case, have a read of our refund policy or reach out to our customer care team who will be more than happy to help.
How can I get an invoice?
Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email with your invoice attached. (Sometimes they can show up in spam folders so be sure to check this too.)
Where are you based?
We are an New Zealand Owned and Operated company based in Auckland.
Due to the large international market of travellers we have decided to operate our Warehouse off-shore to ensure delivery times aren't too long.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is it compatible with my device?
Most Definitely. Our charger has options for Built in Lightning Cord (iPhones), Built in USB-C Cord, USB Port (to input cords), USB-C Port - Fast Charge (for input), Wireless Charging Pad (for wireless items).
How many charges can I get out of a TravelPod?
The Dashed® TravelPod has a massive capacity of 10,000mAh, which allows it to charge most new smartphones up to 2.0 times (+/- 0.5 Charges) on a full battery.
Does it charge laptops?
The Travelpod can provide some charging relief for some laptops, but in most cases will retain the current charge level due to the heavy power consumption required to charge laptops.

What does the Dashed Go Include?
The Dashed GO includes the following:
- 1x Dashed GO (3-in-1 charger).
- 1x USB-C Cord (to power the Dashed GO device).
Is it compatible with my device?
The Dashed GO is made up of 3 charging pads for different Apple devices.
The first, a phone charger, compatible with all Apple Devices that support wireless charging (iPhone 8 and above).
- The second is an Airpods case charging pad.
- Thirdly, a pop-pad for Apple Watches (All Generations)
How is it 3-in-1?
The Dashed GO comes with 3 individual wireless charging pads for your iPhone, AirPods and Apple Watches. Allowing all three to be charged simultaneously.
Does it work everywhere?
The Dashed GO is powered using a USB-C cable to keep you charged worldwide. Whether you are going to visit Wim Hof in the Netherlands, or view one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Dashed GO will keep you connected.
How many devices can I charge at once?
The Dashed GO has an individual place to charge an iPhone, Apple Watch and Airpods meaning you can charge three devices at once.

If you deem your product to be faulty on arrival or there is an issue that does not seem to be normal, please submit a warranty claim by clicking here.

Due to how fast our team moves and the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to accept cancellations post purchase.
Returns and refunds
Our policy lasts 50 days. If 50 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, then unfortunately we won't be able to handle a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must bein the same condition that you received it. For the avoidance of doubt, please ensure everything is in working order before you consider returning your TravelPod.
