The Fine Print

Our policy lasts 50 days. If 50 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, then unfortunately we won't be able to handle a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. For the avoidance of doubt, please ensure everything is in working order before you consider returning your TravelPod. 

If you deem your product to be faulty on arrival, once it has been returned it will be inspected, once approved the refund will be issued. 

If you purchase priority dispatch at checkout, please note this $3 charge isn't refundable, as it relates to prioritising your order and not our product itself.

IMPORTANT - Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or 'sender address' on the parcel. Doing so will void any sort of refund as this item will likely not arrive to us.

A New Zealand-based address will be provided for all returns.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 50 days after delivery

Any return shipping costs are associated with the customer and will not be reimbursed unless by special arrangement.

We recommend having the item tracked, as if the item does not arrive or is lost on the way back to us, a refund will be void (as it has never been received).


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If your parcel is returned to us, and a re-send is required (due to an incorrect address, or an issue which has been caused from the customer end) we will charge a re-send fee, to cover another postage label to your address.

Important notes:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we are charged for the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
