1. The promoter is: GoDashed (www.godashed.com)
   
2. The competition is open to residents of New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Singapore, the United States and the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of GoDashed, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
   
3. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
   
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, and the webpage you are currently viewing.
   
6. Each entrant may earn a maximum of 101 entries total, regardless of entry method.
   
7. Entry methods are as follows:
   

Purchasing customers receive:
- 1 entry for submitting their email via the entry form
- 100 entries per eligible order (limited to one qualifying order per person)

Non-purchasing entrants can receive:
- 1 entry by submitting their email via the entry form.
- 26 entries by following @GoDashed on TikTok & Instagram (25/1 Split)
- 25 entries by sharing the giveaway post on Instagram Story and tagging @GoDashed
- 49 entries by referring a friend who also enters. (Email us at hello@godashed.com with your friends email for verification).

8. All entries are treated equally in the final prize draw.

9. Closing date for entry is December 2, 2025 at 11:59PM NZST. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.

10. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.

11. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as outlined above. The promoter reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.

12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

14. The prize is as follows: 3x iPhone 17s (1 iPhone per winner). Model, colour, and storage may vary depending on availability.

15.Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries, using a verifiable random selection method overseen by a representative of GoDashed.

16. Winners will be notified by email and/or direct message via Instagram or Facebook (depending on method of entry) on December 3, 2025. Winners will only ever be contacted by an official GoDashed representative. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

17. The promoter will notify winners of how and when the prize will be delivered.

18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

20. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. The winner’s name will be available for 7 days after the closing date by emailing hello@godashed.com.

22. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
