Our 50-Day Change of Mind Policy

We offer a 50-day change of mind return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a change of mind return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned with all original components, including any adapters, cables, manuals, accessories and packaging.
  • The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, scratches, marks, excessive handling, or wear that would make the item unsellable.

If more than 50 days have passed since delivery, we may be unable to accept a change of mind return.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, develops a manufacturing defect, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

We may request photographs, videos, or other information to help assess the claim.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Priority Dispatch

If you purchase Priority Dispatch at checkout, this service fee is non-refundable once the order has been processed, as it relates to the prioritisation of your order rather than the product itself.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, return shipping costs may be covered where required under applicable consumer laws.

Resends

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, failure to collect a parcel, or another issue outside our control, a re-dispatch fee may apply before the order can be resent.

Return Locations

Products should be returned to the warehouse specified by our support team.

Generally, products shipped from a local warehouse will be returned locally, while products shipped from an international warehouse may be returned to an international returns facility.

Please do not send returns until return instructions have been provided by our team.
