Lite 10,000mAh Product Recall

We received a report of a battery incident involving a Lite (3-in-1 Powerbank) 10,000mAh model while it was recharging.

While we investigate this, and as a precautionary measure, we have decided to recall all Lite 10,000mAh units with the model number PS-H047 that were purchased between 11 July, 2025 and August 17, 2026.

Importantly, this does not apply to any of our other power banks, including the thinner 5,000mAh LITE model.

Stop using your Dashed Lite (3-in-1 Powerbank) 10,000mAh model immediately and do not recharge it.

Do not place the power bank in your household rubbish. Please follow the steps outlined below

We would like to make this as easy as possible for you, and we do not expect you to return the product to us.

1. Take a photo of the product (which we will ask you to attach to your replacement/refund request).
   
2. Please dispose of the product through a local e-waste or hazardous-waste facility that accepts lithium-ion batteries.
   
   This is often free, and can be done by Google searching "E-waste disposal near me”.
   
3. Please complete your resolution request in the next section.

To make this right, we are offering you 2 options:

1. We will replace your Lite (3-in-1 Powerbank) with our best selling Travelpod 5-in-1 Charger (and free Travel Case included); or
   
2. We will refund you for the affected product.
