The promoter is House of G Brands Limited trading as The Brooklyn and Dashed (thebrooklyn.co.nz, thebrooklyn.net, thebrooklyn.sg and godashed.com).

The competition is open to residents of New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Ireland, The United States and The United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of The Brooklyn or Dashed, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Each completed order placed on any of the participating websites between 1 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 (NZDT) will constitute one entry into the draw. Multiple orders will result in multiple entries.

Three winners will be drawn throughout the month of June 2026. One winner will receive one Apple iPhone 17 each, for a total of three winners and three prizes.

Closing date for final entries is 30 June 2026 at 11:59PM NZDT. After this date, no further entries will be accepted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.

The rules of the competition and method of entry are as outlined above.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows: three Apple iPhone 17 devices, with one iPhone 17 awarded to each selected winner. Colour, storage size and exact model variant may vary depending on availability. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries by the Director of House of G Brands Limited.

The winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram or Facebook (depending on their account details in the order) within seven days of their respective draw dates. Winners will only ever be contacted by an official representative of The Brooklyn or Dashed.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and redraw a new winner or forfeit the prize entirely.

The promoter will notify the winners regarding when and how the prizes will be delivered.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as details of their winning entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any entrant will be used solely in accordance with current New Zealand data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The winners’ names will be available 7 days after each draw date by emailing hello@thebrooklyn.co.nz.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
